Costume designer Michele Clapton explains how she came up with the looks for each iconic "Game of Thrones" character's costumes. Clapton starts by sketching out the costumes for people like Cersei Lannister, Arya Stark and Daenerys Targaryen, then spends a few months bringing them to life.
